Refund and Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to start a return, please contact us at support@yourcustomtee.com and include:
Your order number and full name
Proof of purchase (a screenshot of your order confirmation)
Reason for return
A photo or video showing the defective or damaged item (if applicable)
Once your return request is received and confirmed (usually within 24 hours of receipt), you’ll get an email confirming that your return is complete.
We only support returns or exchanges for:
Defective products
Incorrectly shipped items
Wrong size (different from the order)
Customers do not need to pay return shipping costs for defective or wrong items.
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this time, cancellation may not be possible depending on production status.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. If an incorrect address causes a failed delivery, the customer is responsible for the loss.
